Dhyana is an artist, poet, author, technical writer, gardener, Bhakta, Kriyaban, and practical optimist. Dhyana’s newest book, Breathing with Angels, Short Guided Angel Meditations, is the result of her lifelong journey in meditation, angels, and healing with rays of color. She is the co-author with her father, Patrick D. Dignan, of The Wonders of Colloidal Silver, a book about using silver as an antibiotic. Dhyana is also the author of inspirational and motivational books Sparks of Wisdom, Bright Blessings, Grace & Gratitude, Heart-Centered Soul, and The Mended Heart. She is the author of the children’s books Mystical Alphabet Tour and O Angel Wings!

Dhyana also has five poetry chapbooks: Being There, Yearning Under Baywood Moon, Duality, Gardens of the Divine, and God Whisperings. She is the mother of five thoughtful children, and grandmother to seven incredible grandchildren. Dhyana lives on the Central Coast of California with her family, where she meditates, writes, paints, takes beach walks, gardens, and gathers with family and friends.
