For the astute reader, it may be worth a dozen therapy sessions; for others it's more office visits with your psychiatrist or counselor.
Stuart Miller, M.D.
This is truly an outstanding book and I cannot wait to read it all. It also makes you stop and think when you are lonely that you are not alone, and that someone greater is always with you. I am very grateful that my daughter gave it to me.

I loved Dhyana Coburn's book, Bright Blessings so much, that I had to get this one too. It's just lovely. I feel good and empowered after reading a few pages. You just open the book anywhere and read a couple of minutes, and you get motivated, energized, and know that, YEAH, you are powerful and can accomplish any task whether it is in your mind, or just a job that needs to get done, to more -- importantly-- setting out to get and realize your dreams. It is optimism, and realism.

This is a very centering and heart warming book, full of inspirations and important reminders. It is the perfect book to flip through when life is feeling overwhelming or fragmented. There are quotes that remind us of what is actually important in life, quotes that inspire and motivate. It is comforting book that not only affirms life and peace but that I also find centering, encouraging and heart felt. There is a page for everyone and a quote for every situation.
